“There are two kinds of guilt: the kind that drowns you until you’re useless, and the kind that res your soul to purpose.”
― Sabaa Tahir

By my mother ́s home village, i go to the woods. i cover my body entirely with a red rug, excluding only my hands, and kneel down on the soil and put my head to the ground. i re- main in this position as long as I can resist to the cold temperature of soil and air, while listening to nature ́s sounds interrupted by human noise pollution.
